1. About this service
Floodsie is a flood insurance quote and referral service operated by Cary Greg McMahon Insurance (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a licensed insurance agency (NPN #8027359). By using floodsie.com or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms.
2. Quote requests
Submitting the quote form is a request for a flood insurance quote — it does not bind coverage, create an insurance policy, or obligate you to purchase anything. Coverage is not in force until a policy is issued by an insurance carrier and applicable premium has been paid. All quotes are subject to underwriting review and carrier acceptance.
3. No guarantee of coverage or price
We do not guarantee that coverage will be available for your property or at any particular price. Flood insurance availability and pricing are determined by the insuring carrier and, for NFIP policies, by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
4. Text message (SMS) terms
Program description. Cary Greg McMahon Insurance sends SMS messages via floodsie.com and prosurant.com to two groups of recipients: (1) individuals who have requested a flood insurance quote and opted in by checking the SMS consent box on the quote form at floodsie.com — messages include quote confirmations and agent follow-up; and (2) existing policyholders who receive transactional renewal communications such as renewal reminders, status updates, and agent follow-up. Renewal messages are informational only and contain no promotional content.
Frequency. Message frequency varies based on the status of your quote or policy and your interactions with us.
Rates. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting a quote request. Inaccurate information may result in an incorrect quote or, if a policy is issued, potential issues at the time of a claim.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cary Greg McMahon Insurance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information provided here. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site shall not exceed the amount of any commission we actually received in connection with a policy we placed for you.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
